*THE URL IS SUBSTANTIALLY IRRELEVANT – YOUR BRAND CAN BE PROMINETLY DISPLAYED ON FACEBOOK/ AMAZON/ ETSY / EBAY/ SHOPPIFY/ YOUTUBE/ INSTA – THIS IS FINE! URL’s don’t necessarily matter unless the rest of the indicia is insufficient! What matters is that the mark is clearly your brand, and not just one of a number of jumbled items with jumbled marks & phrases all over the site.
